Aloha kākou!
We present to you the sixth release from our Fall 2014 Delivery One Collection, entitled “We Forward In This Generation.” Based on Bob Marley’s inspiring lyrics, we interpret the meaning as “adaptation through change.” Through special textiles and new designs, as well as a few classics from our archive, we strive to showcase Hawaiʻi’s ability to assimilate and move forward through the multitude of changes within its existence. May we move forward in this generation, and may we move forward in each generation to come.
ʻAukai Aloha Strapback
Featuring raw indigo denim on the crown and visor, along with moss colored melton wool on the undervisor. The front logo and side crown are both embroidered in white, while the side New Era logo and back crest are embroidered in moss. It also features a leather strap and brass buckle. The ‘Aukai pattern is printed on the inner satin liner, which represents the ocean passageway surrounding our islands.
HIProfile Floral A-Frame Snapback
A two-tone crown featuring our HIProfile pattern in white and navy, along with navy front panels featuring a white Mil-Spec patch. The entire visor is covered in a rich, cracked leather, which adds elegant character to the hat. The side logos match the color of the respective panel’s print, and the back crest is embroidered in navy/white. A white snap enclosure is seen around the back, while the Scottish Landscape painting by Princess Kaʻiulani printed on the inner satin liner completes the look.
Influenced Tee – Cream
A new design that utilizes the word “Influenced,” and visually portrays the effect of influenced change over time. The back shows the crown in repetition as well, matching the front.
Sons of Aloha Tee – Navy
One of our popular tees from the archive, brought back on a navy tee in white ink.
