GENERAL

All orders are shipped via USPS. Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive any applicable tracking information.

Orders placed on Monday - Thursday after 12:00 PM HST will most likely be shipped the following day, with the exception of holidays. If you place your order on Friday (after 12:00 PM HST), Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed and sent the following Monday, with the exception of holidays. All shipping timelines below reflect the approximate time each shipment will take from the business day it is sent.

HAWAII ORDERS

USPS Priority - approximately 1 - 3 business days

U.S. CONTINENTAL ORDERS

USPS Priority - approximately 3 - 6 business days

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

USPS Priority Mail International - 6 - 14 business days

The cost is automatically calculated at checkout, and depends on weight, distance, and destination country's customs policies.

International orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination country's government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.
