Where can I see what's releasing?

Our stock is continuously changing. The best thing to do is subscribe to our e-mail updates in the footer of this website, or follow us on Instagram (@fitted).

I'm interested in an old or sold out item. Will that specific item be restocked?

Unfortunately we do not normally restock items. Generally, each item is made in a limited run, never to be produced again, however, the online shop and Kona St. store inventories are separate. If an item you are interested in is sold out online, there's a chance it may be available at our Kona Street shop. You can reach the shop at (808) 942-3100 during store operating hours.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes, we ship almost anywhere in the world. Shipping cost, taxes, and/or custom fees are relative to the shipments destination. You may refer to the Shipping link for more info.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. PayPal is also available through the online shop.

What is your return / exchange policy?

Is your site secure when I’m shopping?

Yes. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Server Layer (SSL) technology, and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database.

I bought/received a gift card from your store, am I able to use this online?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept physical gift cards via our online store, as they are only valid at our Kona Street location. For gift card users who cannot visit the Kona Street store, you are able to use your physical gift card via placing a phone order through our Kona Street store (808-942-3100).

How can I track my package?

For all domestic orders, we ship through USPS. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order immediately after your order has been placed. Once your order has been processed through the USPS system, you will receive an second email notifying you with your tracking (or in most cases, confirmation) information. Do you guys have an email newsletter, and if so where can I sign up for it?
