We do not offer refunds. Purchases may only be returned for an exchange or store credit.

Store credit is issued in the form of an online code that can only be used on https://fittedhawaii.com.

The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Return Window

We offer a 14-day return window from the original date of purchase for eligible merchandise.

All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Merchandise must be in like-new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags or sticker labels attached.

Returns that are damaged, worn, or otherwise unsuitable will not be accepted, and we reserve the right to refuse any return.
Processing Time

Store credit codes or exchanges will be processed within approximately 1–3 business days after returned items are received and approved.
Damaged or Defective Items

All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and replace the item(s) free of charge.

If the item cannot be replaced, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment (including shipping charges).
Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for size adjustments or for store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges (except in the case of damaged or defective items).
Bundle Purchases

If a bundle is purchased and you wish to return part of it, the kept item will revert to its original, non-discounted price. Store credit will be adjusted accordingly.
