Returns and Exchanges


RETURN POLICY

All purchases may be refunded for an exchange or online store credit only. We offer a 14-day return window for eligible merchandise from the original date of purchase. Refunds for online purchases are provided in the form of an online code that can only be used on https://fittedhawaii.com. The refund amount will exclude the original shipping cost. We reserve the right to reject items for return or exchange if they are not accompanied by a sales receipt.

All merchandise must be returned in like-new condition with the original sales receipt. Returns that are damaged or worn will not be accepted. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse your return.

Refund credit codes will be processed within approximately 1-3 business days after your returned items have been received.

All items sold through FITTED are meticulously inspected for manufacturer defects, but sometimes a damaged item may slip through the cracks. If you happen to receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace your item with anything or equal value, or refund your order amount (including shipping charges) to your original form of payment at no extra cost.

To initiate a return or exchange, you may respond directly to your order confirmation e-mail, or send an e-mail to websales@fittedhawaii.com with your order number and request/circumstance, from the e-mail address that was used to place the original order.
