Before a phone was something everyone carried in their pocket, making a call sometimes meant pulling over, finding some change, and stepping up to one of the payphones scattered across Hawaiʻi.
For tomorrow's FITSTRIKE, we're dialing back into that memory.
Returning to the lineup is our DROP A DIME LONG-SLEEVE TEE reworked in Vintage Black.
The design takes inspiration from the familiar pay phones once found throughout the islands and the floral artwork that became synonymous with them. Pink and white orchids stretch down both sleeves, bringing a bright piece of Hawaiʻi nostalgia into an otherwise subdued silhouette. A clean FITTED treatment at the chest finishes the front without competing with the artwork running down the arms.
It's a graphic we've released before but one worth calling back.
As technology moved forward, many of those phones became relics—weathered, tagged, altered, and slowly absorbed into the scenery around them. What was once completely ordinary eventually became distinctly nostalgic.
Sometimes you don't realize something represents an era until that era is gone.
Joining the long-sleeve is the FH RETRO 9FIFTY SNAPBACK in Woodland Camo and Black.
Classic woodland camouflage runs across the crown before meeting a solid black visor, while gold and white embroidery brings our name across the front. The combination feels appropriately familiar: an old-school pattern paired with a mark that looks like it could have been pulled from another chapter of the islands.
