Releasing this Saturday, May 30th.
Aloha. We're proud to announce that the release of our long-awaited project with Kekoa Cazimero finally has a release date on the horizon. Here's a short bio for those unversed in Koa's history: Born and raised on the East side of O'ahu (Waimānalo to be specific), Koa graduated from Kaiser High School as valedictorian in 2007 and since the start of his surfing career, has won 5 state titles. Many of Cazimero's (he also bears relations to The Brothers Cazimero) first waves were caught at Cockroach Bay (Baby Makapu'u); these days however, you can catch Koa at either of his two favorite breaks: Sandy's or [Ala Moana] Bowls. Dubbed the "Ambassador of Aloha" (via ESPN), Kekoa has recently created his very own, non-profit organization appropriately titled "The Koa Tree Foundation" which "gives young surfers travel grants to compete on the mainland and scholarships to further their education." You can check his entire profile right here for further information on the young surfing prodigy. Details for the Homebreak after the jump.

First up is the custom-tailored "Ali'i" Kamehameha New Era designed from the ground up with the help of Koa and photog-extraordinaire Zak Noyle. Caked in black denim, the brim features detailed teal and pink stitching which wraps around the entire brim with a teal Kamehameha logo and underside, white eyelets and topped off with a pink button, crest and crown. The inside of this beauty is lined with satin and features a collage of the surroundings near his favorite homebreak, Sandy's, including some really dope murals that encompass the walls of the bathroom. (Photos courtesy Zak Noyle). The logo tee is printed on all pink and features the same fill seen on the lining of the hat. These, as usual, are very limited in numbers. A portion of the proceeds from this pack go to the "Koa Tree Foundation" and just as a head's up, there will be custom boardshorts featuring our artwork seen on the lining sold at Hurley. Please be on the lookout for Koa's documentary, Riding With Koa which should be available on DVD soon.
