Aloha kākou!
New release for Tuesday, Feb 5th. First up, our Full Circle crewneck (gray) with Pacific Standard, 116 Honolulu, Hawaii, FITTED Aloha Served Daily Est 2004 printed in a circle that encompasses FITTED. Small crown hit on the back. Next up is our Kahekili tee (maroon) with orange graphic of Kahekili, the 13th King of Maui. At the time when Kahekili ruled Maui (along with Lanai & Molokai), his half brother ruled Kauaʻi, while Kamehameha controlled the Big Island. Fearing a takeover by the brothers, Kamehameha instead took his army to Maui, knowing that Kahekili had gone on to Oʻahu and left the island under the rule of his son. Conquering the island with a swift preemptive strike, Kamehameha then waited for Kahekili's timely passing before he was able to conquer Oʻahu. Never defeated in battle, Kahekili was a true great chief of Hawai'i, and some historians suggest that though not the popular belief, Kahekili may indeed be the true father of Kamehameha.
