For Tuesday's release, we've teamed up with our friends at HiLife for a very special collaboration project with Coach Norm Chow, titled Chow Time. With the recent changes that have been taking place in Manoa, there's definitely a new feeling of deep seeded pride emanating in the atmosphere. The Punahou alumni and Broyles Award recipient got his feet wet at Waialua High and Intermediate before progressing to the college ranks where he presided over 29 bowl games, three Heisman trophy winners, three national-title-winning teams and six quarterbacks selected in the first round of the NFL draft. After notable coaching stints with BYU and USC, he finally reached the pinnacle of football between 2005 and 2007, operating as the offensive coordinator of the Tennessee Titans. Now back in Hawaiʻi to head the UH football program, and with his feet firmly rooted in the islands, it's finally Chow Time!
The pack releases Sept. 11th, just in time for you to gear up for the first home game of the season and Norm's official homecoming this Saturday the 15th.
The pack consists of our Chow Time tee, along with our Mountain Way West t-shirts (two colorways: gray and black). The collaboration hat is a New Era fitted in all black with Chow Time in green script stitching with white stroke, green eyelets, top button, underbill, white New Era and FITTED crest and a HiLife tag on the right side. Each Chow Time New Era FITTED will come with a Norm Chow signed collector's card, and all caps are limited to 144 pieces.
